What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes access to the visual stack builder, community stack templates, 20 deployments per month. Each free project can use one cloud provider at a time, and the first provider you choose becomes that project's provider. AI assistant access is included.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing period.
Do I pay for the cloud servers separately?
Yes. TryDirect pricing covers the platform - stack building, deployment automation, and management tools. Cloud server costs are billed directly by your provider (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.).
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly payments. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the pricing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.
