By accessing try.direct, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

• Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to harvest data from the site without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the platform.

All trademarks, logos, text, images, and software on the site are the property of WEB DIRECT SRL or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission.

The platform allows you to deploy software stacks to your own cloud infrastructure, purchase marketplace templates, and publish your own templates. Detailed terms are set out in the User Agreement, the Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy, and the Marketplace Payout Terms.

Refunds for marketplace template purchases are governed by the Return Policy, which provides a 14-day refund window in accordance with consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations in relation to the site and its content, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Chișinău, Moldova, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that we reserve the right to pursue claims in the courts of your country of residence where required by consumer-protection law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
